These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of PropertyDoctorMP.in services, website, reports, legal consultation, and drafting support.

Reports are generally delivered within 5-6 working days or depending upon the nature, complexity, and requirements of the work.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, making payment, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

Property Doctor MP may provide one or more of the following services:

Legal Due Diligence & Document Review
Property Risk Assessment & Advisory Reports
Limited Legal Consultation Support
Clarification on Missing, Defective, or Inconsistent Documents
Registry & Documentation Assistance
Loan & Encumbrance Verification
RERA Verification
Agreement & Legal Drafting Services, including Sale Deeds, Agreements to Sell, Legal Notices, Affidavits, Rent Agreements, Power of Attorney, and other legal documents.

All services are advisory and document-based in nature and are performed on the basis of documents supplied by the client and records reasonably accessible at the time of review.

3. Title Verification & Drafting Policy

3.0 Important Legal Clarification

Reports and drafts are professional legal opinions and document drafts prepared on the basis of available records and documents at the time of review.

They are not government-issued certificates, approvals, or court orders.

They should not be treated as a guaranteed or final legal determination.

Final investment, purchase, sale, and transaction decisions remain solely the responsibility of the client.

3.1 Standard Timelines

Reports, legal opinions, consultations, or drafting work are generally delivered within 5-6 working days after payment and receipt of the required documents, or depending upon the complexity of the matter, document availability, and government processes.

3.2 Scope Boundaries

Verification and drafting services may include:

Title chain review
Identification of legal risks or deficiencies
Missing document identification
Legal assessment based on available records
Drafting based on facts and documents provided by the client

Services are limited to the documents and records reasonably available during the review process.

3.3 External Dependencies & Delays

Timelines may be affected by builders, sellers, banks, societies, government departments, registry offices, revenue authorities, or third parties.

Property Doctor MP shall not be responsible for delays caused by third parties.

Cases may be kept pending or temporarily inactive until required documents or information are received.

3.4 Support Window

Standard clarification support is available for 14 days from the date of report, opinion, or draft delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.5 Consultation Usage

Where applicable, up to 2 consultations of approximately 15 minutes each may be provided.

Unused consultations expire after the support period unless extended through paid add-on services.

Other Important Policy Points

3.6 Delayed Documents: Additional review or drafting revision charges may apply if important documents are submitted after case closure or after prolonged inactivity.

3.7 Nature of Service: Reports, legal opinions, and drafts are professional advisory services only and shall not be treated as official approval, sanction, clearance, or certification by any authority.

3.8 Case Closure: Cases may be treated as closed after expiry of the support period, completion of included consultations, or prolonged non-response from the client.

3.9 Add-On Services: Extended support, additional consultations, expanded verification, document modifications, and specialized drafting may be offered as paid add-on services.

4. User Obligations

Users are responsible for:

Providing complete, accurate, and legible documents
Disclosing known disputes, encumbrances, claims, or pending litigation
Responding to document requests within a reasonable time
Making independent decisions rather than relying solely on reports or drafts

5. Fees & Payments

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees become non-refundable once work has commenced.

Government fees, stamp duty, search fees, registration charges, or third-party charges, if any, are additional unless specifically included in the service package.

6. Legal Disclaimer

No guarantee is provided regarding title perfection or dispute-free ownership.

No guarantee is provided regarding bank loan approval, resale value, or future legal outcomes.

Reports and drafts are prepared in good faith based on the information and documents available on the review date.

7. Limitation of Liability

Property Doctor MP's liability, if any, shall be limited only to the amount paid for the relevant service.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.

Financial, legal, or investment decisions taken on the basis of reports, opinions, or drafts remain solely the responsibility of the client.

8. Cancellation, Suspension & Termination

Services may be suspended or terminated in case of non-payment, misuse of reports or drafts, false documentation, or misconduct. Clients may discontinue services at any time, subject to the applicable Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts having jurisdiction over the principal place of business of Property Doctor MP shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be revised from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, operational, or business updates.

Updated Terms shall become effective once published on this website.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
